Nautilus manufactures strength-training and cardio fitness equipment for both residential and commercial use. Nautilus’s commercial gym equipment line includes various machines such as; free-motion machines, selectorized machines, free weights, plate loaded machines and all-in-one gyms. Their products are of top quality, designed to withstand the rigors of frequent, heavy use as you would find in commercial gym settings.

 

Selectorized Equipment

For 2011, Nautilus offers 3 models of commercial grade selectorized strength machine lines. The Nautilus One line features an aluminum dial which turns to select your desired level of resistance. The dial is easily reachable when seated on the machine. The Nitro Plus line adjusts the resistance to coincide with your range of motion. Resistance increases in the middle of a movement when strength is at its peak. The Nova line the least expensive and also less bulky than the previously mentioned selectorized-machine lines. Each of Nautilus’s product lines are equipped with numerous pieces of equipment, such as a leg extension, chest press, abdominal curl and leg curl.

 

Plate-Loaded Equipment

The Nautilus XPload product line consists of plate loaded strength training equipment. These machines use the same Optimal Strength Curve Technology as the Nitro Plus line. The resistance increases in the peak of any given movement. When upping the resistance level, these machines are loaded with Olympic weight plates. The XPload frames are built with 11-gauge steel. The machines come in four different frame colors and twelve upholstery colors. The XPload line includes a lat pull-down, vertical chest machine, over-head press, row and others.

 

Free Motion Machines

Another key part of Nautilus’s commercial gym equipment line is their Freedom Trainer free-motion machine, which features the Optimal Strength Curve Technology that regulates the resistance level to match users strength levels. The Freedom Trainer is available with either a dual or single weight stack. The cable arms have full horizontal and vertical adjustability, allowing users to complete many exercises. Athletes can replicate movements such as pitching, throwing, batting and kicking on the Freedom Trainer commercial gym equipment.

 

Racks and Benches

Nautilus manufactures several free-standing weight benches as part of their commercial gym equipment line, such as adjustable benches, flat benches, seated benches and abdominal benches. All the benches in Nautilus’s commercial line feature ratcheting adjustment mechanisms, which are more durable than the popular pop pin style benches currently on the market. The adjustment levers are colored blue so they are easily noticed. The benches have wheels on their bottoms to ease with relocation. Nautilus also manufactures Olympic benches with power racks and barbell racks for gym use.
